There is no universal schedule
A person training five days a week may have different needs from someone seeking occasional relaxation. Frequency should be based on goals, response to treatment, workload, and budget.
Use your symptoms as information
If discomfort returns after a predictable workload, discuss the pattern with your therapist rather than automatically increasing appointments.
Think in phases
Some people may use more frequent care during a demanding period and less frequent maintenance once their routine stabilizes. The appropriate schedule is individual.
Make the appointment part of a larger plan
Sleep, movement, training, stress management, and self-care between sessions all matter. Massage should not be the only recovery strategy.
