Millie Mupfupi brings over 8 years of experience as a counselor and life coach, working in diverse settings such as community mental health centers, private practice, and training roles. She takes a person-centered approach, incorporating culturally and trauma-responsive methods to provide compassionate and effective support.

Gerald P. Gowe is our dedicated in-house manual osteopathic therapist and massage therapist, committed to prioritizing each client’s unique needs. Specializing in deep tissue massage, sports massage, and hot stone therapy, Gerald also brings expertise in various other massage techniques. In manual osteopathic therapy, Gerald excels in osteo-articulation and visceral manipulation, employing advanced hands-on skills for precise assessment and effective treatment. His approach combines skill and care to ensure optimal results for every client.

Maya Gondalia is our Level 2 certified Reiki practitioner with two years of experience. They have supported numerous clients in addressing challenges, including emotional blockages and disruptions in somatic connections. They are passionate about helping individuals who feel lost or uncertain about their current circumstances or life path, using Reiki to activate the body’s natural healing processes and restore internal harmony. In their free time, they enjoy practicing yoga, exploring astrology, singing, making music, and taking peaceful bike rides in nature.

 Waylon Campbell is a graduate of Makami College, where he completed comprehensive training in massage therapy and wellness sciences. He is deeply committed to supporting both personal and community health through evidence-informed practice and continuous professional development. Waylon approaches his work with a growth mindset, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. He values lifelong learning and believes that sustainable health is built through education, self-awareness, and consistent care. Passionate about community impact, Waylon strives to empower others to lead balanced, resilient, and healthier lives through intentional therapeutic work and meaningful connection.

Kari McDonald has always been into body movement and self-expression. She took her 200 RYT in May 2019 at the Sattva School of Yoga in Edmonton and has been practicing yoga for six years. Her primary style is Vinyasa flow/ Hips and Pelvis (focused) but she enjoys all types of yoga including Hatha, Restorative, and Yin. She also graduated from Personal Fitness Training, a 2-year course at Nait, in May 2021. Kari loves exploring the hidden secrets within the human body and exploring how movement can decongest and open new pathways within our body and consciousness. She believes keeping a happy body will lead to a happy mind and spirit.

 Chrystal Cromwell, is a graduate of the Academy of Reflexology and Massage. Realizing the benefits of reflexology by aiding in stress relief is of upmost importance these days. Reflexology can be an effective way to achieve therapeutic and relaxing moments in your hectic and busy lifestyle. She is happy and eager to provide this beneficial service that will give you a few moments of restorative treatment.
